<b>Dan Wolf</b><br/> Founder & CEO
Dan Wolf is the Founder and President of the Lifeline. Dan created Lifeline in 2003 to help individuals and communities gain access to clean drinking water and realize the benefits of clean cooking. Prior to founding Lifeline, Dan served two years as an attorney-adviser at the State Department and 25 years in private legal practice, including work spearheading a series of ground-breaking lawsuits on behalf of victims of governmental and corporate abuse. Dan has also donated his legal expertise to disadvantaged communities in Vietnam through the Legal Assistance for Vietnamese Asylum Seekers (LAVAS) project. Dan graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1986.

<b>Boniface Okwir</b><br/> WASH Engineer
Boniface Okwir is a highly passionate WASH enthusiast with an impressive educational background in biosystems engineering, specializing in water resources management. With over eight years of experience in the water and sanitation sector, he focuses on serving rural and underserved communities in Uganda and neighboring East African countries. His expertise lies in finding and designing sustainable underground water resources. Through collaboration with international NGOs, Boniface implements clean, safe, and sustainable water solutions to improve access to clean water resources, promote public health, and enhance the wellbeing of vulnerable communities.

<b>Isaac Okello</b><br/> WASH Engineer
Prior to joining Lifeline, Isaac worked for five years on a USAID-funded WASH project as an engineer with Whave in the Karamoja Region. His position focused on water supply, design, planning, monitoring, and community and stakeholder engagement. Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University in Kampala and a national diploma in Water and Sanitation Engineering from Uganda Technical College in Lira.

<b>Martin Odoch</b><br/> HR & Admin Manager
Martin Odoch is Lifeline's Senior Human Resources and Administrative Officer with experience in managing and implementing essential HR functions in different organizations. He is skilled at building and maintaining relationships, representing shared company values, and managing employees across all levels of an organization. Martin holds an MBA and Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, both obtained from Makerere University Business School.

Lastone joins Lifeline with five years' experience in MEAL and has a rich background in project monitoring and evaluation in both emergency and development settings. He holds a postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation.

<b>Emmanuel Kirya</b><br/> Senior Logistics Officer
Emmanuel has three years of experience working with international humanitarian organizations implementing local and international projects in Uganda. Throughout his professional journey, he has been privileged to work on several humanitarian development projects providing procurement and logistics support towards program implementation of several donor funded projects in the different sectors of education, WASH and shelter, protection, nutrition and livelihood, as well as cash based programming. Emmanuel has qualifications in procurement and logistics attained from Makerere University Business School.

<b>Rich Myers</b><br/> Information Systems Engineer
Richard Myers is Lifeline’s Information Systems Engineer and has extensive experience in the legal and healthcare industries. Richard provides professional IT support to Lifeline’s HQ team and its international programs. His efforts allow Lifeline to stay up-to-date technologically, maximize its resources and maintain a high level of operational efficiency. Richard has over 30 years of experience on both Mac and Windows operating systems including desktops, servers and cloud systems. Similarly, he has worked extensively with small organizations helping to boost efficiency and IT capacities.

<b>Anyango Paska Sizella</b><br/> Senior WASH Officer
Anyango Paska Sizella joined the Lifeline team in January 2013 and serves as Lifeline’s Sanitation & Hygiene Officer in Uganda. Paska has extensive Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) experience, with prior specialized training in CLTS, PHAST and CHAST methodologies. Paska holds a diploma in Environmental Management and a Certificate in Community-Based Rural Development. Prior to joining Lifeline, Paska worked with several notable organizations, including as Sanitation and Hygiene Supervisor with Action Against Hunger International.

<b>Sandra Apio</b><br/> WASH Officer
Sandra Apio has over seven years of extensive work experience in the WASH sector implementing various projects, including CLTS, PHAST and CHAST approaches in emergency, recovery and development context with both national and international organizations. Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a post-graduate diploma in project planning and management from Uganda Management Institute. As a Sanitation Officer, Sandra uses her skills and capacities in community engagement to promote the sanitation aspect of the project.

<b>Salima Dawa</b><br/> Project Officer
Salima Dawa joined Lifeline in February 2022. She has over five years' experience working with NGOs as an agronomist which includes training farmers on agronomic practices, group formation, mobilization and sensitization, VSLA group methodology, and drip irrigation technology. Salima has a certificate in General Agriculture from Arapai Agricultural College Soroti.

<b>Doreen Asio Faso</b><br/> Senior Program Officer
Doreen Faso joined Lifeline in 2018 as a consultant Liaison Officer attached to Lifeline’s WFP-SAFE project. Following the successful conclusion of the project in 2019, Lifeline’s management team decided to hire Doreen as a project officer based in our field office in the Moroto district Karamoja region. Prior to joining Lifeline, she worked as a Research Assistant with USAID, implementing school health and reading program (SHARP). Doreen holds a Master’s degree in M&E from Uganda Martyrs University.

<b>Andrew Ekol</b><br/> Everflow Field Coordinator
Andrew Ekol joined Lifeline in 2017 as WASH Volunteer, supporting the WASH program in training the water users on best sanitation and hygiene practices. He was later was engaged as EverFlow helpdesk volunteer. In 2019, he was given a full-time role as the EverFlow Helpdesk Officer, where have been running day to day operations of the EverFlow helpdesk as customer service consultant, which includes answering calls and following-up with customers regularly. In 2022, Andrew became a WASH Officer while also continuing to work on the EverFlow team. Andrew graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala University.

<b>Deborah Terry</b> <br/> Vice President
Deborah Terry is one of the co-founders of Lifeline. Debbie is a freelance photographer who has participated on numerous missions to Africa for both Lifeline and Refugees International. In the early 1990s, Debbie established herself as both a fashion and music photographer in New York City – her images have been exhibited at the Lincoln Center in New York, The Institute for African Affairs at NYU and the Art Basel in Miami. Since 2004, she has focused her creative energies on humanitarian photography. Here, she has utilized her artistic vision to capture the desperate plight of refugees and other impoverished persons by uncovering the beauty of their everyday life in its simplicity and grace.

<b>Mark Lampert</b>
Mark Lampert is the founder and president of the Biotechnology Value Fund, L.P., a San Francisco-based private investment firm established in 1993. Mark was a Vice President at the investment banking firm Oppenheimer & Co. in New York and founded Biotechnology Royalty Corp., which pooled biotechnology patent royalties owned by universities. He also headed business development for Cambridge NeuroScience and served as Assistant to the President of the NutraSweet Company, a subsidiary of G.D. Searle & Co. Mark started his career at the Boston Consulting Group. He is currently a director of Acumen, Inc., Biotica Technology, Ltd, and Mendel Biotechnology and a trustee of the Lampert Family Foundation. Mark holds an AB Degree in chemistry from Harvard College and an MBA Degree from Harvard Business School.

<b>Alexander Kunin</b>
Alexander Kunin is VP for Business Operations of Reston, VA-based DEXISIVE, Inc., a professional services firm specializing in advance security operations and enterprise performance engineering within the government and commercial sectors. Prior to his work at DEXISIVE, Alexander was Account Director at OPNET Technologies Inc., where he had direct responsibility for multi-million dollar deal negotiations and deployments in support of major initiatives within the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Census, and United Nations. Prior to OPNET Technologies, Alexander worked as an executive at UPS Logistics focused around marketing and sales initiatives of global positioning and route optimization solutions to the commercial vehicle markets.

<b>Harriet Isom</b>
For 35 years, Harriet Isom served with the Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer in Asia and Africa. During her last 10 years of service, Harriet headed the American Embassies in Laos, Benin and Cameroon. She has received numerous accolades during the course of her career to include awards from the Oregon Commission for Women and the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce. Ambassador Isom holds a B.A. from Mills College and an M.A.L.D from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Since retirement in 1996, she is a “gentlewoman farmer” on her family ranch near Pendleton, Oregon.

<b>Dr. F. Ronald Denham</b>
Throughout his career and in his capacity as WASRAG Chair, Ron Denham has supported a range of water and sanitation projects in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Ghana and India. A published author, Ron is also a recognized authority on logistics management, with a specialized focus in supply chain logistics and operations strategies. His consulting career spans five decades and he holds a M.B.A in Business Administration from SUNY at Buffalo and a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Newcastle-on-Tyne.

<b>Brett Freedman</b>
Former Board Chair of ClearWater Initiative, Brett Freedman currently serves as a government attorney specializing in international and national security law. A native of Swampscott, Massachusetts, Brett has worked on Capitol Hill and served as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Department of Homeland Security. He is a graduate of Boston University, the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School.

<b>Terrance Woodbury</b>
Terrance’s background as a campaign operative informs his approach to polling, ensuring data translates into actionable strategy to win campaigns. He has worked with national political committees such as the DNC and DSCC, international philanthropies such as Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, and other major organizations to shape their research and outreach. His work has earned numerous accolades, including POLITICO’s Recast 2023 Power List and American Association of Political Consultants 40 Under 40 Class of 2023.
Under Terrance’s leadership, HIT Strategies has grown from a small startup to a 30+ person firm since 2019, becoming a go-to resource for understanding and mobilizing key voting blocs. His expertise has made him a sought-after media analyst, with insights featured in The Washington Post, POLITICO, The Wall Street Journal, The Hill, USA Today, NPR, and on CNN, MSNBC and Showtime’s The Circus.
Previously, he was Research Director at a boutique polling firm and worked at the Brookings Institution, analyzing economic and demographic trends. Before focusing on data, he worked across campaign management, fundraising, organizing, and communications at all levels.
A Morehouse College graduate, Terrance remains committed to amplifying underrepresented voices, a mission shaped by his late mother, Shanna Monique Woodbury.
